How to secure at various heights?
- Take the hook
- Pull the strap rope to your desired height vertically. If it doesn’t lock right away, keep holding on.
- Pull gently to lock it slowly (1–3 cm, 10 mm/s) to create a groove nearby, ensuring it stays in place.
- To change the height, pull the rope back slightly and then repeat the previous steps.
