Nori Texas is committed to providing a clear and reliable delivery service. Currently, we only ship orders within the United States.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, busy shopping periods, or courier delays, which are beyond our control.
  • Additional delays may occur due to incorrect address details, severe weather conditions, or issues with the delivery carrier.

  • We currently deliver exclusively within the United States.

Delivery Times

The following are our estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Order cut-off time: 12:00 AM PST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day, which may add an extra day to delivery.
  • Processing time: 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Transit time: 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Estimated total delivery time: 2–10 business days (Monday–Friday), including processing and transit.

These timeframes are estimates and are provided for guidance only.

Carriers

We use USPS and FedEx to handle deliveries across the United States.

Track Your Order

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can monitor your shipment using our Track my order page.

Change of Delivery Address

  • You may update your delivery address only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • To request a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@noritexas.com.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may return the item in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

Unforeseen Delays

Delivery estimates may be affected by courier operations or other external factors. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

Packages Damaged in Transit

  • If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer service immediately.
  • If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please email us clear photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
