Where do you ship?
Currently, Nori Texas delivers orders within the United States only.
When will my order be delivered?
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Order cut-off time: 12:00 AM PST. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day, which may add one extra day to delivery.
- Processing time: Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Transit time: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Total estimated delivery time: Delivery usually takes 2–10 business days (Monday–Friday), including both processing and shipping.
These timeframes are estimates based on previous orders and are provided for guidance only.
Which courier do you use?
We use USPS and FedEx to handle deliveries across the United States.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
- If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@noritexas.com.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

- The 14-day return period begins once you have received your complete order.

Who pays for return shipping?
Order cancellation or incorrect order:
If you ordered the wrong item or no longer want it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

What condition must returned items be in?
Returned items must be in good condition—either new or lightly used—and sent back in their original packaging within the 14-day return period.
Is there a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
